Take a Step in a new direction with the Healthy Company Makeover Contest

All COSE member companies with COSE/MMO health insurance are eligible. There will be a winner in three company-size categories:

  • 1 - 9 employees (up to $2,700 prize value)
  • 10 – 24 employees (up to $7,200 prize value)
  • 25 – 50 employees (up to $15,000 prize value)

To apply, fill out the Health Company Makeover Contest application here, The deadline is Friday, December 2nd.
